After-School Programme for Upper Primary
Join in the after school fun with games, STEM and Science, cooking and arts and crafts!
The goal is to strengthen and enhance the academic, physical, and psychological development of its students, in a safe and nurturing environment.
Time:
The Saltus After-School Programme follows the school calendar. Saltus camps will be offered separately during the half-term break, end of term, and summer.
Our staff will provide a clean, safe and fun-filled afternoon for our students from 2:40 pm until 5:30 pm daily. The afternoon includes snack time, field free play, and an organised activity. Organised activities rotate on a weekly schedule and include indoor games, cooking, STEM activities, outdoor games, and art and crafts.
Fees:

A weekly fee of $80 per child ($16 per day) will be charged for students who sign up for the entire week.

The daily fee is $20 per day for those students who sign up for only part of the week (This includes drop-ins).
- Shortened weeks will be prorated (this excludes drop-ins).
- No refunds/credits will be issued for missed days.
Billing:
Billing for our After-School Programme will be added to your child’s account by the Saltus Finance Office.
Drop-ins:
24 hours advance notice must be given to the After-School & Camp Programme Manager, Kallie Marcus via email at kallie.marcus@saltus.bm. Providing 24-hour advance notice has been given and approval received from the After School Manager.

Please register here now and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please register for each child separately and do NOT register more than once per child.

Sign-ups:
After the close of each term's registration deadline, the student is considered to be registered in the After-School Programme, their spot is secured, and it is accepted that the student will attend in accordance with the sign-up.
This policy ensures that families who enrol in after school are committed to attending, and the After-School Programme organisers can better manage the staffing, enrolment process and waitlist.
Changes or cancellations:
Requests must be done in writing to the After-School & Camp Programme Manager, Kallie Marcus, at kallie.marcus@saltus.bm by the registration deadline. Please do NOT do so verbally or via email to another staff member. The registration deadlines are stated above as well as on the registration form.
Once registered, parents are able to make changes for the upcoming term up to the registration deadline:
- 4th September, 2023 (Term 1)
- 13th December, 2023 (Term 2)
- 20th March, 2024 (Term 3)
No refunds will be issued for changes or cancellations received after the registration deadline for the specific term. No refunds/credits will be issued for missed days.

Our Camp Programme is a fun-filled and educational experience designed to provide students with an unforgettable adventure during their school break. It offers a wide range of activities, ensuring that each student is engaged in a range of activities designed to foster personal growth and learning opportunities.
Time and Fees:

8:00 am - 3:00 pm for a charge of $350 a week.

8:00 am - 5:30 pm for a charge of $375 a week.

Shortened weeks will be pro-rated (this excludes drop-ins).

Students must sign up for all 5 days.
