Kelly Francis brings more than 25 years’ experience to the human resource and organizational change management industry. In November 2000, she launched Performance Solutions Limited, a full service human resource and immigration management consulting firm.
Kelly attributes her client’s satisfaction and her subsequent success to her straightforward business philosophy, "When you believe your human resources are as important and manageable as your processes and technology - and act on that belief - you have the greatest chance of achieving business success."
Before launching Performance Solutions, Kelly honed her skills at various companies both locally and in the US. Previously holding the position of Manager, People AdvantEDGE at Ernst & Young, where she was responsible for the launch and management of their human resource consulting practice. Before returning to Bermuda in 1994, Kelly worked at IBM as an internal consultant, serving the needs of various IBM divisions seeking to better understand and manage their human resources. Kelly also spent several years, after completing her Masters degree, as an external consultant with an organizational change management firm where she worked with well-known clients Johnson & Johnson and NY Telephone, along with a host of smaller companies.
Kelly received her Masters of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey, and earned her Bachelor of Arts at Boston College. She is a member of the Society of the Human Resource Management (SHRM); the American Management Association (AMA) and World at Work. In the community, Kelly is a Trustee of Saltus Grammar School, an Employment Tribunal member and Member of the Bank of Bermuda Foundation Education and Scholarship Committees. She is a former member of Masterworks Museum of Bermudian Art, Past President of the Bermuda Human Resource Association; Past President of the Sunshine League and a former Board of Education, Bermuda Hospitals Board and Red Cross Member.
