If the user's account was working before, then it will start working again provided they did not remove student or delete apps.
If the user deleted apps and/or account, they can start from the beginning of the instruction video (IOS iPad - Google Workspace).
If the user deleted the apps and/or account and tried to set it up again to the point where the error message was received, then see the next point.
If the user was setting it up for the first time and got the below screen, they can just click retry and continue with the original video instructions from the 2:50 minute point of video (IOS iPad - Google Workspace) and it all should work.
Open Google Device Policy
Click Retry and continue setup as per video from the 2:50 minute mark until complete.
