Canadian Universities Tour 2019

The Canadian Universities Tour itinerary encompassed 20 universities and colleges over six days. The tour originated in Bermuda on Monday, 14th October and saw 20 students fly to Toronto with tour organiser Tanja Walker (University Support & Guidance) and two other school chaperones.
The universities visited in Ontario included:

  • McMaster University
  • Kings University College
  • Western University
  • Fanshawe College
  • Brescia University College
  • Ryerson University
  • Sheridan College
  • Wilfrid-Laurier University
  • University of Toronto
  • University of Waterloo
  • Brock University
  • Guelph University
The group flew next to Halifax which was their home base from which to visit maritime universities in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick:
  • Dalhousie University
  • Mt. Allison University
  • St. Mary’s University
  • Acadia University
The tour moved to Montreal, Quebec where the students visited Concordia University and McGill University and then finished back in Ontario at Queens University and St. Lawrence College.

Students were given the opportunity to experience a wide number of campuses with varying amenities, sizes, and programmes to help them make informed decisions about their future.
