Common Issues
Please read the following common issues to see if you are experiencing any of them. You may be able to resolve them through the instructions enclosed.
Issue 1: Laptop screen not working: If there is a monitor or TV at your location you can use it as a temporary monitor by connecting it via the hdmi port on the laptop.
Issue 2: Laptop mouse or keyboard not responding: If there is a computer at your location see if you can use it as a temporary solution. Will have to be USB as Saltus Laptops do not have PS2 ports.
Issue 3: No sound coming from speakers. See if there are external speakers or headphones with a 3.5 mm plug that can be plugged into the headphone jack on the computer
