Cortney Bernstein

Cortney Bernstein is a former teacher and curriculum developer in New York City.  Prior to moving to Bermuda, she taught middle and high school Social Studies for ten years.  While in Bermuda she has volunteered at the Bermuda National Gallery developing a docent training program for children. Currently Cortney volunteers as a teacher at the Jewish Community of Bermuda and holds a position on its board. 

Cortney holds a BS in Social Sciences from the State University of New York at Oneonta, a Masters degree in Social Studies from the College of Staten Island and a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Touro College. 

Currently she enjoys being a stay-at-home mom and bringing up three children.  She also enjoys traveling, creating and studying art in her spare time.
