While we can never predict the future, we can prepare for it. We believe that by creating a safe, secure environment for learning, we not only protect our students while they are at Saltus, but we also give them an excellent preparation for the broader world.
Over 830 students walk through Saltus’ gates each morning, and for that reason our safety and security plan is a preventative and proactive measure that will ensure Saltus has the necessary infrastructure and protocols in place to keep our children safe, so we can all focus on the business of learning.

Part of the overall student safety plan encompasses campus security initiatives which include:
- Campus-wide Video Surveillance Monitoring in public areas
- Campus Perimeter Fences, Gates & Monitoring System
- Classroom & Building Access Control Security System
- Fire & Secure Protocols and Procedures
- Security Personnel & Visitor Policy
- Crisis Management Protocols
The Student Safety plan is holistic in nature and it is the sum of all parts that will ensure the safety and well-being of our community. Campus security is one piece of the puzzle that is crucial to keeping our campus and students safe.
