Ian Cook

(div>Ian Cook has 20 years of wide-ranging senior management experience providing fiscal, strategic, and operational leadership. Ian joined Serco Plc in 2004 as Operations Manager and then transitioned to the role of Air Traffic Engineering Manager in 2009. In 2011, he established IDC consultancy in the UK to provide management consultancy services to airports and aviation clients.

He joined the BAS Group in 2013 as Chief Operations Officer and became the CEO & President in 2014. Ian founded the Sargasso Consultancy in Bermuda in 2018 which continues to provide professional advice to business operations and digital transformations. He has also been Regulatory Manager for the Bermuda Civil Aviation Authority since 2018.

Ian and his wife Linda have two daughters one in the Middle School and one in Upper Primary who have been at Saltus since Foundation Year. Already a dedicated member of the Saltus community, Ian has been part of the Saltus Building Committee since 2018.
